Have you always wanted to spend a holiday with your family in a house in the south?

You can have it, because this house was built in 2023 and furnished by us with great attention to detail in December 2023. It has 195 m² of living space and was built according to Austrian standards (concrete and brick), but spiced up with American amenities. In addition to a large, open-plan and fully equipped kitchen-dining-living area, the Villa Blue Pearl offers a master suite with a king size bed, a walk-in closet, and a private bathroom with two granite vanities, bathtub, large glass shower, and separate toilet. Two further bedrooms are also equipped with king size beds and share a bathroom, which also features a large glass shower, granite vanity, and toilet. All bedrooms, the living area, and the terrace have 55" or 65" Smart TVs. Both guest bedrooms also have a walk-in closet, and they have direct access to the pool deck. Furthermore, the Blue Pearl also has an office, separated from the living area by a glass door, so you can get any work done in peace.

The house is furnished with designer furniture, which invites you to feel at ease when entering the house. On the partially covered terrace there is a heated pool with integrated whirlpool, a dining table for 6 people, a rattan lounge including fire pit for 5 people, and 4 sun loungers for sunbathing.

The entire house offers high-speed Wi-Fi. All Samsung Smart TVs have cable TV and Wi-Fi. A Weber gas grill awaits you on the terrace, so you can enjoy your barbecue skills on vacation. A typical American refrigerator always keeps ice cubes or crushed ice ready for you. In addition, guests are offered a washing machine and dryer, so you can return from vacation with already washed laundry if you wish. The entire house is air-conditioned, which is preset but can be individually adjusted. We are particularly proud of our 8.5 kW photovoltaic system, as it contributes to sustainability.

You will also find four bicycles in the house, with which you can explore the surroundings on cycle paths. Even the sea can be reached by bike, as it is in the immediate vicinity.

English and German-speaking support is available on site, who will look after you both during check-in and check-out. Above all, you will get a lot of valuable tips for excursions and activities that exactly meet your expectations and needs!
