This villa, completed in December 2023, leaves nothing to be desired. It was furnished by us with great attention to detail, so that you too can feel at home on vacation. On 195 m² you will find, in addition to the master bedroom, two guest bedrooms, all equipped with king size beds. In addition to a typical American refrigerator, which produces fresh ice cubes or crushed ice as desired alongside its cooling and freezing functions, the Blue Pearl also features a wine cooler that chills your favorite wines to the desired temperature. Both the whirlpool and the pool can of course be heated to your preferred temperature. Here too, we have chosen the path of sustainability by equipping the villa with an 8.5 kW photovoltaic system. The Villa Aqua Pearl, completed in November 2020, leaves nothing to be desired for a wonderful vacation, whether with family or as a couple. The house offers space for 8 people on a living area of 225 m². A total of 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms are available. In addition to a large living-dining area with a fully equipped kitchen, the Aqua Pearl offers a covered outdoor area of over 55 m² and a pool deck including a whirlpool with another 150 m². All 4 bedrooms have king size beds, 65" or 55" Smart TVs, whereby the suite as well as the junior suite have direct access to the pool area and their own bathroom.
The Villa Island Pearl, completed in November 2020, offers you the basis for experiencing the most beautiful days of the year. The house extends over a living area of 210 m² and offers enough space for up to 8 people. The Island Pearl has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, an open-plan living-dining area and a spacious kitchen that leaves nothing to be desired. You will also find a covered outdoor area of 40 m² and a pool deck of around 120 m², as well as a pool and a wonderful whirlpool for relaxation. In the covered outdoor area, there is also a dining area for 8 people and a lounge for cozy hours in the evening. All bedrooms are equipped with king size beds and 65" or 55" Smart TVs. The master suite and a guest room give you direct access to the pool deck.
Villa Philippa is also located in beautiful Rotonda West, was newly built in 2020 and offers every comfort. The pool deck faces south, and in the artificially created, wide canal, you can observe many fish and, with a bit of luck, even alligators.
