Have you always wanted to spend a holiday with your family in a house in the south?
You can have it, because this house is built on 185 m² living space according to Austrian standards (concrete and brick) but “spiced up” with American amenities. In addition to a large, open plan and fully-equipped kitchen-dining area, the Villa Blue Pearl offers a master suite with a king size bed, a walk-in closet, and a private bathroom with two granite vanities, bath, large glass shower, and separate toilet. There are two further bedrooms, one with king size and the other with queen size bed, with a shared bathroom, which is also equipped with large glass shower, granite vanity and toilet. Both bedrooms have a walk-in closet.
The house is furnished with designer furniture, which invite you to feel at ease when entering the house. On the partially covered terrace is a heated pool, a dining table for 6 people, a rattan lounge for 4 people and 4 sun loungers for your sunbathing. The house faces south-west, allowing you to enjoy the sunset every evening, reflected in the waters of the man-made canal.
In-house amenities include a 60" TV in the living area, a 55" TV in the Master Suite, a 40" TV in the guest bedroom and, as a special highlight, a 40" TV on the terrace. Additionally, you may not miss your favorite music on vacation, you can play them on a Bose Bluetooth speaker. All TVs have cable TV and Wi-Fi, the house offers guests free high-speed Wi-Fi. A Weber Gas Grill awaits you on the terrace, so you can enjoy your barbecue on holiday. A typical American fridge always holds, either ice cubes or crushed ice are ready for you. In addition, guests are offered a washing machine and a dryer so that you can come back from vacation with your clothes already washed, if you wish. The entire house, including garage is air conditioned. Although this is preset, it can be controlled individually.
Furthermore, you will also find two bicycles in the house, for exploring the wonderful surrounding on cycle paths. This link provides you more than 100 different cycling routes, which can be selected based on the given kilometers on your own needs and wishes. Fishing friends may try their luck - from the property without a fishing card - because in the artificially created channel many fish are tampering. Therefore a fishing rod is available in the house.
